| 日 期 | 行程內容 |
| 第一天 | 台北－成都－雅安
今天搭機直飛前往四川成都，抵達後接往雅安過夜。(因川震後須改道) |
| 第二天 | 雅安－巴丹－日隆
上午參觀熊貓營地後，續經二郎山、巴丹、小金抵日隆鎮。安排登山事宜。 |
| 第三天 | 海子溝－大槽營地
早餐後徒步經朝山坪，打尖包，鴨棚子，約5－6h到達大峰第二大本营：大槽營地，午餐行進糧，抵營地扎營，營地晚餐。今天海拔上升約1000－1200公尺。 |
| 第四天 | 大槽營地
今天為高度適應日，到附近景區、湖泊走走。 |
| 第五天 | 大槽營地－登頂大姑娘山(5025公尺)－大槽營地
早餐後，由專業導遊帶領登頂大姑娘峰5025公尺，拍照留念，下撤到大槽營地，午餐行進糧，晚餐後現場頒發登頂證書。 |
| 第六天 | 大槽營地－日隆－成都
早餐後拔營下撤，緩緩下行，觀光，到達日隆後，直接回成都入住酒店，晚餐慶功。 |
| 第七天 | 成都－台北
上午自由活動，下午搭機返國。 |
