上午桃園機場集合，搭機前往北海道札幌機場，下午抵達後往溫泉勝地層雲峽過夜，休息享受泡湯樂趣。 宿：層雲峽ユ–スホステル |

7/28(四) |
層雲峽-黑岳縱走旭岳2290m(百名山005)(約8.5小時) -吹上溫泉
今天要開始北海道第一座百名山~旭岳之旅。早餐後至纜車站，搭乘二段纜車上黑岳七合目開始登山，先抵黑岳後經北鎮岳抵大雪山主峰—旭岳，觀賞群峰後下山。搭車前往吹上溫泉享受泡湯樂趣。宿：吹上溫泉白銀莊 |
| 第三天
7/29(五) |
登十勝岳2077m(百名山007)縱走富良野岳(約10小時)
清晨由望岳台起程，先登頂十勝岳(第二座百名山)，再縱走經上富良野岳、三峰山、富良野岳下十勝溫泉回吹上溫泉。 宿：吹上溫泉白銀莊 |

7/30(六) |
吹上溫泉-富良野-美瑛-札幌
上午專車前往富良野、美瑛欣賞花海後搭車前往札幌過夜。 宿：觀光旅館 |

7/31(二) |
札幌-台北 (BR115 1600/1910)
上午簡單步行札幌市區觀光，下午前往機場搭機回台北，結束日本北海道二座百名山健行之旅。 |
