台北/曼谷/加德滿都
中午搭機經曼谷，飛往尼泊爾首都加德滿都，抵達後接往飯店休息。 宿4星級旅館。 |
| 第二天 (四)
11/11 |
加德滿都—波卡拉Pohkara—Nayapul—Tikhedhunga (1491m.)
上午搭車前往 喜瑪拉雅山下幽靜小鎮波卡拉Pohkara，200公里約5小時可到，沿途欣賞尼國鄉村民俗風光，到達後1.5小時，再直接前往Nayapul登山口，展開安娜普娜山區健行。經瀑布沿山谷爬升而上，約3.5小時抵住宿山屋。 |
| 第三天 (五)
11/12 |
Tikhedhunga—Ghorepani (2855m)
上午續健行，經吊橋上到Ulleri ( 2070m)，續往上攀登約6.5小時抵Ghorepani。 |
| 第四天 (六)
11/13 |
Ghorepani—Poon hill—Tadapani(2590m)
清晨前往Poon hill欣賞喜瑪拉雅山日出，並指認眾白色山頭，天氣好可看見世界第七高的Dhaulagiri(8167m)及安娜普娜 I (8091m)(第十高)。回Ghorepani早餐後續健行。經過森林可望見Machhapuchhare 山壯麗山景，及印度平原。續攀升至3030公尺山口開始下降，經數個瀑布後路況趨緩，約7小時抵住宿山屋。 |

Tadapani—Chhomrong (2170m)
今天行程先下降 Modi Khola谷地再爬升至Chhomrong約6小時。 |
| 第六天 (一)
11/15 |
Chhomrong—Himalaya Hotel (2680m)
今天的健行約6.5小時，會經過美麗的熱帶森林及巨大竹叢，Machapuchare的魚尾雙峰逐漸展露在眼前。 |
| 第七天 (二)
11/16 |
Himalaya—魚尾峰基地營 (3900m) MBC—安娜普娜基地營(4310m)ABC
今天的行程，必須沿著河道下坡再陡上，4小時才能到Machapuchare 魚尾峰基地營，休午餐後續行。經過2個半小時的跋涉， 終於來到狹窄的Annapurna安娜普娜基地營ABC入口，凸現眼前的插天山峰，依次為Hiunchuli、Annapurna I (8091m)、Annapurna III (7555m)及龐大的金字塔形狀,Machapuchare魚尾峰山(6997m)北壁,此情此景令人撼動。下午在基地營奢侈的賞山景。 |
| 第八天 (三)

ABC—Himalaya Hotel (2680m)
清晨欣賞群峰日出後，告別安娜普娜基地營、魚尾峰基地營，回到半路的山屋約5小時行程。 |
| 第九天 (四)
11/18 |
Himalaya Hotel-Chhomrong
今天用6小時時間回到，Chhomrong 的山屋。洗澡、洗衣服、曬太陽。 |
| 第十天 (五)
11/19 |
Chhomrong—Ghandrung
今天往喀爾喀族第二大鎮 Ghandrung前進， 約6小時可到目的地。 |
| 第十一天(六)
11/20 |
Ghandrung—波卡拉Pokhara
今天經過市集及漂亮山景共3.5小時，回抵Nayapul登山口，搭車回波卡拉，結束安娜普娜山區健行活動。下午遊菲華湖及自由活動，充分享受山城優哉氣芬。 |

上午磚車返回加德滿都，下午於奇幻風俗建築的加德滿都德市區觀光及Thamel自由購物。 |

加德滿都—曼谷—台北
早上揮別加德滿都，搭機前往曼谷轉機回台北，結束13天感動的安娜普娜基地營之旅。 |
